We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is ready to step into a genuine clinical leadership role.
This is not simply about being our most senior Dental Assistant. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the clinical floor, think ahead, support our clinicians and Dental Assistants, and help create a consistently organised, well-prepared clinical environment.
You will still understand what is happening chairside, but you will also be looking across the bigger picture – anticipating what the team needs, identifying problems early and helping the clinical day run the way it should.
You will not be expected to solve everything yourself. You will be expected to take ownership of making sure things get solved.
